Der Übungsverlauf führt nach kurzer Zeit zur Korrektur von Fehlhaltungen und zur Wiederbelebung der Kundalini-Energie. So kann nach und nach die Asana als Kristallform des Ätherkörpers im physischen Körper entstehen. Der Unterricht ist geeignet für Anfänger und Fortgeschrittene. Jeder Schüler wird gemäß seines individuellen Potentials unterstützt und angeleitet.
