Welcome to AlisonSweeney.com!
I'm thrilled to launch my new website, a destination for anyone who wants ideas for eating well, making exercise fun and exciting, and looking and feeling fabulous (and, of course, anyone who wants a glimpse of life behind the scenes in Hollywood)!
Since I'm a mother of two young children, and I have a new book coming out in January 2011 called The Mommy Diet, this site will have a special emphasis on many things mommy-related. And, for those of you who aren't expecting and aren't mothers, hopefully it'll help you better understand what mothers go through and offer some tips you can incorporate into your lives as well. The difference between this and other parenting websites is that it’s really meant to help you! Because taking care of yourself is one of the most important things you can do, especially when you’re a parent, and we often forget that.
For those of you who are mommies and moms-to-be, this is a supportive and safe interactive site, here you'll find lots of tips for expectant moms, new moms, and experienced moms, too, who are united in the common goal of trying to be the best people and parents we can be. To that end, I'm excited to have this forum to offer insider tips from all of the brilliant experts I'm lucky enough to know, from fitness gurus to style pros, and everyone in between. I will be sharing fun tips about how to look great and feel great, even when you're juggling a job, a hubby, and that crazy and overwhelming world of motherhood!
Please have a look around and take a peek at all of the fun stuff on the site - I look forward to getting to know all of you.
Here's to being the healthiest, happiest people that we can be!

To improve performance of WHOIS service and to prevent its excessive high-volume use by a single source, we implemented a randomly generated Access Code that must be entered before running a WHOIS request.
The Access Code in the box is provided in graphics format. It has letters which are generated randomly and the symbol images are distorted. The distorted symbols cannot be read by computer programs which are used for mass-collect email addresses and any customer information. Only humans can read the distorted symbols and pass the access code.
The Access Code improves performance of our services. It prevents excessive high-volume use by a single source.
The services that require Access Codes are:
Whois – after entering the correct Access Code you can run 10 WHOIS requests before you will be prompted to enter a new Access Code.
Site Info – you can run 25 Site Info requests before you will be prompted to enter an Access Code.
Trace Route - you can run 20 Trace Route requests before you will be prompted to enter an Access Code.
RBL Check - you can run 20 RBL Check requests before you will be prompted to enter an Access Code.
What’s my IP - Access Code is not required for this service.
NOTE: We may modify Access Code policy at any time without notice on this web page.
