Constantine Cionca began his work as a digital artist in 1994 when he purchased his first Apple computer and begun his new world creations. He has a Bachelor degree of Fine Arts at the Academy of Fine Arts Bucharest. His primarily training was a traditional medium as , oil, acrylic, drawing, mixed media, printing and then self taught in computer arts, and web design. Most of his images are created in a combination of scanning paint drawing and photo manipulated in Photoshop, Illustrator, Free Hand, and Flash MX imaging programs. All works are available for sale. To improve performance of WHOIS service and to prevent its excessive high-volume use by a single source, we implemented a randomly generated Access Code that must be entered before running a WHOIS request.
