CPU Temperature Software
I was having a lot of problems in my CPU because of the over heating of the processor. On analyzing the problem in the computer service center, I found that the CPU fan kept just above the processor was not running which made the computer to get struck in the middle and has to reboot the OS but again the OS will get struck. The fan mostly stops operating because the wires of the CPU get in between and the processor fan will not run causing damage to the processor and ultimately, I had to replace my processor. The computer technician told me to install the CPU temperature software which is used to monitor the temperature of the CPU and when the temperature rises above the certain limit, the computer gets shut down automatically. The technician downloaded the CPU temperature software and installed it in my computer and there were no further problems with the CPU and the processor. Once there was the same problem of wires getting struck with the processor fan and the processor started heating and the temperature of the CPU started rising. The CPU temperature software monitoring this intimated of the shut down and the computer started shutting down automatically. Then I opened the cabinet and removed the wires from the processor fan and after a few minutes started the OS and it was functioning without any problem. One of my friends saw this and copied the CPU temperature software in to his pen drive to install in his PC. He also taught me about using the BIOS set up in the CMOS of the computer to monitor the temperature of the CPU. When the computer was restarting, he pressed the DEL key and the BIOS set up were displayed and here in the settings tab, the CPU temperature column was there in a separate section. Here my friend made changes in the temperature settings and said that one can even monitor the CPU temperature in this manner and the PC will automatically shut down once the set temperature is exceeded. This option can be used only by the experts and I am happy with the CPU temperature software which does the same operation accessing the BIOS to shut down the PC when the temperature of the CPU rises. It was nice and exciting to know the operation of the software and my friend explained it to me clearly.
