Kabugo David (PhD Candidate,ISD), (MPhil), (MED-ICT), (BA.EDUC) is currently alecturer in the Department of Language Education of the School of Education in Makerere University. He has taught instructional design and computer aided language acquisition for a number of years at this level. He is a specialist in ICT for higher education. He is also the CEO for the Valid Research and Translation Company Limited . Goal: To use profitably, especially my postgraduate education to accumulate a wealth of successful international experience in management positions, including people management, in corporations or government. Further acquiring good knowledge of the different regional educational, political, business and cultural scenes, with a strong network of contacts, hence with, being comfortable communicating to senior leaders across the private and public sectors, and with peers.
