This home is located on Shoestring Bay in Cotuit, at the North end of the Bay. The beach is made up of sand and sea grass with a 'tree canopy'. The decks face in the direction of Willowbend. Your rental consists of three bedrooms all with direct water views. The rental unit is all on one floor at pool level. There are no other renters or people in the upstairs breakaway apartment while you are renting our home. Two of the bedrooms have queen beds and the children's room has two twin beds. The full baths are located in the hall and children's room. The living room/den also overlooks the water. This is a very private location that has woods on one side of the home, by the pool and overlooks the Bay. The home is very light and airy. The house does not have air conditioning, just fans. As you walk out of the living room you can relax on the covered deck, walk down the steps to the beach or swim in the 20x40 in ground pool.
