Şirketimizin kurucu üyesi ve halen genel müdürlük görevini sürdürmekte olan sayın M.Sadık Sönmez 1976 yılında İ.T.Ü.den mezun olup, 10.01.1976/10.06.1977 tarihleri arasında Altın Yaldız Proje Bürosunda statik proje mühendisliği, 01.08.1977/ 31.10.1978 arası Erzincan Hava Alanı saha mühendisliğini, 01.12.1978/ 30.05.1980 tarihleri arasında asteğmen olarak vatani görevini yaptığı, Deniz Kuvvetleri Bartın Onarım Destek Komutanlığının inşaat emlak kontrol amir vekilliğini yapmış. Askerlik görevini tamamladıktan sonra 15.06.1978/ 30.04.1981 tarihleri arasında da Denizcilik Bankası Pendik Tersanesi İnşaat Daire Başkanlığına bağlı şantiye şef yardımcılığı görevini ifa etmiştir.
