What Causes Warts
Warts (papillomas, warts) are caused by a particular virus - HPV. Manifestations of this disease are similar to warts. On the genital mucosa and adjacent skin areas appear warty growths of pale pink or intensive red color. These growths are rapidly increasing in size and in number, gradually acquiring the appearance of cauliflower, or remain flat, undistinguished.
