Description: CCSI is a designer and manufacturer of custom electronic controls for OEM applications, primarily in foodservice equipment. Most are microprocessor based, multi-function control packages that are geared toward ease of operation. Time, temperature, humidity, speed, and motion are among the variables we are presently measuring and/or controlling. Data logging, serial communication, and multiplex PLC communication are often incorporated into our designs.
