CHOICE - Careers in Healthcare: Opportunities in Choosing Employment
Description: CHOICE (Careers in Healthcare - Opportunities in Choosing Employment) encourages 6th through 12th grade students in Western New York to pursue careers in healthcare professions. It presents a series of age appropriate theatrical vignettes dealing with basic healthcare concerns and professions. Each vignette includes an educational component related to basic primary and emergency medical care issues. The program falls within the New York State CDOS (Career Development and Occupational Studies) standards.
