Description: We are a Columbus, Ohio based company, whose core business is to manufacture and supply high quality, small, and medium-size plasma cutting machines. 3D has, as its foundation, an existing welding and fabrication shop located in an industrial zone in the city. The company is owned and operated by a management team which has accumulated considerable technical and management expertise and experience in light to heavy manufacturing. Of particular importance to the company’s core business is the team’s specialized experience with materials and processes related to the manufacture of CNC machines for cutting of metals and composite materials. We build several standard size light and heavy duty Plasma cutting tables in 4X8 & 5X10 foot sizes. We also build custom sizes to fit special requirements. In conjunction with a major equipment provider we also build Plate Processing tables in similar sizes. The plate processing tables use Plasma or Oxy-fuel to cut the basic shapes and a CNC controlled drill to make fast accurate holes. These machines are ideally suited to the steel building construction industry. We also do upgrades, replacements and retro-fits of controllers, motors, plasma power supplies, torch lifters, Automated drills, Oxy-fuel troches and Oxy-fuel torch lifters.
