Convertable Crib

Description: Ok, you are expecting a baby and have no idea what you need. Where do you start? What is the most important piece of furniture needed for a baby? Lightbulb comes on and you realize it is a crib. So you grab your computer and key in crib. Uh oh, you come back with 9,800,000 entries. Now what? You start looking at the pictures and see that cribs are not all the same. There are small ones, ones with the drop down sides, convertable cribs, ones that collapse. They range from $100 to an astonishing $2000. Some even higher. The small ones are great for putting in your room for the first couple of months, but you realize that as the baby grows, this crib becomes obsolete. So, the small ones won't work for long and you move on. You look over some 200 entries on the one's with the drop down sides. They look nice, sturdy but you consider that drop down side and start to think. What if the baby is laying with his foot out the side and the side falls down? Would your baby get hurt? Maybe, maybe not. Is this something you want to take a chance with?
