Description: Cypher Winery is the latest project between Christian Tietje and long time business partner Susan Mahler aka Sam. Cypher is the umbrella for the Freakshow as well as the new Cypher Chardonnay from Santa Barbara, a Cypher Grenache Blanc from Paso Robles and Cypher Rose. All three are amazing wines produced in very small quantities and available only through the Tasting Room and Wine Club. We will also be releasing under the new Cypher label our first straight Mourvedre and straight Grenache and single vineyard Zinfandels from Dusi and the Preston Vineyards. Cypher is the next wave focused on high-end winemaking in extreme vineyards.
