Description: Art Resources Transfer has distributed books, videos and interactive materials on art and cultural issues at no cost to public, school and alternative libraries in rural and inner-city areas through the Distribution to Underserved Communities (DUC) Library Program. Our goal is to make information about contemporary art and cultural issues available to people of all income levels in all geographic locations through their local libraries.
