Eleena Jamil Architect

Description: Eleena trained at the Welsh School of Architecture in Cardiff, Wales and her working experiences include stints with Capita in the UK, T.R. Hamzah & Yeang and Hijjas Kasturi Associates in Kuala Lumpur. From 1998 to 2000 Eleena was teaching assistant at the Welsh School in Cardiff and currently, she is a visiting lecturer at University Putra Malaysia. Her M.Phil degree saw her focussing on the design of sustainable urban developments on brownfield sites found in the UK whereas her PhD focussed on post-war modernism titled Rethinking Architecture: The Sugden House and the Mother’s House.
