Description: Rick Sanchez is an award-winning journalist, anchor and author with over 25 years of experience. More than that, he is a father, a son, a husband, a friend. In 2010, Rick was let go by CNN over comments he made about Jon Stewart, minorities and discrimination during a radio interview. This incident was widely misreported by the media. Rick's quotes were part of an hour-long interview and most people, both journalists and the public, never heard them in context. The headlines got the story wrong--very wrong--but unfortunately, the headlines overrode reality. We did this because we care about Rick and can no longer sit by and watch a man judged--his life and reputation ruined--because of one moment, one comment, one headline.
