Understanding the relationship between studentsÂ’ experiences in college and their thoughts about careers is especially important at a time of rapid change in society and economy. For example, new technologies are creating changes in the kinds of careers and work that are available as well as the places of work for future generations. Because this is a complex, timely and important question, we will be following students over the course of their college career and into their first year of employment.
