Description: MicroThermics was established to support the advancement of Continuous Flow Thermal Processes like HTST pasteurization and UHT sterilization. We provide both equipment and services to support our clients. This includes systems designed for small-scale production, systems designed for evaluating a broad range of processing conditions, and technical support for equipment operation. We also provide more fundamental support for process scale-up, validation, and Thermal Process Evaluation (TPE) and Kinetic Data Generation (KDG). These processes provide many advantages over batch methods and filtration. They are often conducted at conditions that do not resemble those used previously and, as frequently, can only be explored using the right tools, under continuous-flow conditions. These provide useful opportunities to develop new products that cannot be produced with high levels of safety assurance using any other methods.
