IFA Ombudsman Program
Description: The third component of the IFA Self-Regulation program is the IFA Ombudsman. An ombudsman exists to help identify, facilitate and encourage resolution of disputes that arise within the organization the ombudsman serves. The purpose is to assure that all voices in the organization are heard and that all problems receive an impartial review.
