Description: The periodic ramblings of Joe McCaffery, a young husband and father desperately trying to juggle the demands of his career and his family. Joe was born and raised in beautiful Butte, Montana and is an alumnus of The University of Montana earning his Bachelors in 1998 and his MBA in 2001. After graduate school he joined Accenture's Communications & High Tech Consulting Practice in San Francisco, California. Currently he is a Senior Product Manager for eBay leading the Tracking Product Group as a member of the Customer Insights Team. Somewhere along the way he met and married an Anaconda girl (quite a bold move for a guy from Butte) and together they managed to bring three amazing kids into the world. In between projects Joe does his best to take care of his family and keep up with his friends. This blog is his attempt to share the experiences he's encountered and the lessons he's learned with his friends, family, and anyone else who might happen to stumble upon them.
