Description: Orbit determination given three and five observations of right ascension and declination of object being observed in our solar system. Solution to Kepler's equation, orbital perturbations,and a novel solution to the non co-planer orbital transfer problem. There is a presentation of results of the author's original research in determining the best set of observations for optinal orbit determination for any celestial object in our solar system. In addition an explanation of the difference between astrodynamics and astronautics.
