Through carefully structured shared challenges and teambuilding exercises, our experiential education programs allow participants to discover and develop qualities of leadership, compassion, trust, camaraderie, and cooperation in themselves and in others and work towards the goal of conflict resolution and reconciliation. We are committed to fostering an environment where individuals from opposing sides of conflict may, together, envision and create a sustainable peace.
