Description: The Early Childhood Education and Training Program (ECETP) is committed to providing the highest quality training and educational activities to support the development of knowledge and skills needed by child day care providers who work with our most precious and vulnerable citizens—our children. The wide range of services that ECETP offers includes Educational Incentive Program (EIP) scholarships, early childhood videoconference training, Health and Safety curriculum development and training-of-trainers, and training for licensors and registrars. Our trainings and services give child care professionals in New York State a convenient way to access the latest information and ideas on early care and education and the best practices for caring for children.
