Description: A rabbit can be a very docile pet and a lot of care needs to be taken to keep it clean and protected. Make sure after you tie the leash do not release the rabbit just like that, pet it and move your hand smoothly on its back so that it does not get scared. Once you feel assured that it is not scared anymore, release it and hold the lease lightly. A rabbit leash is not as strong as a god leash and hence you can hold it lightly.When you take your pet outside do not let go of the lease because the rabbit gets very excited when outdoors and can tend to run far off. When you are using the harness and leash for the first time do not take the rabbit outside immediately, make sure you practice with the accessories inside the house for some days. This will make the rabbit familiar with the leash and its use. When buying a leash stay sure you buy a light weight one. The whole harness and leash should be heavy for the rabbit and create problems later on. Speak to people who own rabbits and find out what kind of leashes they use.
