Description: RECEP-ENELC is an international association of territorial public authorities, constituted under the aegis of the Council of Europe’s Congress of Local and Regional Authorities. Its statutory aim is to support municipalities, counties, regions and any other interested decentralised authorities in the implementation of the principles of the European Landscape Convention.<br /> To this purpose, RECEP-ENELC co-operates with the competent international organisations, the EU institutions, the States, the universities, the NGOs and other bodies active in this field.
