The REDD Group / Real Estate Design & Development LLC
Description: REDD was established by Anthony Morena in March of 2004. The firm was built on the concept of providing a premier package to our clients and investors - a one stop shop. We acquire, design, develop, and manage high-quality communities. REDD's goal is to utilize their extensive experience and strong relationships to deliver highly cost efficient and superior products to the market. To stay competive and ahead of competitors, REDD continually establishes new means and standards for meeting the needs of its sophisticated clients and investors. The Ainslie Grand, a residential condo development in Williamsburg, Brooklyn, was the first development independently completed by REDD. The Ainslie Grand was completed in 2006, and was sold out prior to completion and surpassed all sales estimates by over 30%. Met with this great success, REDD has recently launched the second phase of The Ainslie Grand. The second phase of this development, as well as several other projects currently under development, are being designed and marketed as eco-friendly 'Green' boutiques. This concept will keep REDD on the cutting edge of real estate development, creating signature properties, providing maximum value for investors, while also informing and inspiring people, businesses and communities to create a more sustainable urban environment. Anthony Morena Prior to REDD, Mr. Morena was a Project Manager of The Moinian Group. At Moinian he was responsible for multiple phases of the development process, from site acquisition to project management and administration during construction. In such capacity, Mr. Morena played a significant role in several projects during his tenure, which included the design and development over 1,200 residential apartments at a total capitalization of over$650 million. The most noteworthy of such developments include the luxury residential loft conversion at 18-20 West Street(formerly the Downtown Athletic Club), The Atelier (635 W. 42nd Street) - a 478 unit residential condominium tower, and 95 Wall Street,a former 21-story office building converted into 500 luxury rental units.Prior to the Moinian Group, Mr.Morena held a project management position with Joseph Pell Lombardi & Associates. His primary responsibility was overseeing the development and construction process for a $50 million landmark loft building being restored and converted to luxury residential condominiums in Tribeca. Mr. Morena received his real estate investment and analysis training at New York University, where he attended the Graduate School of Real Estate Finance and Development.
