Description: Nathaniel Eugene Hoffman, 18, of Mechanicsburg, died Friday, Nov. 1, 2002, as a result of a vehicle accident. Born in Harrisburg Oct. 29, 1984, he was a son of John R. and Belva L. Shearer Hoffman II of Mechanicsburg. Mr. Hoffman was a senior at Cumberland Valley High School.He was employed by Staples in Mechanicsburg.In addition to his parents, he is survived by a brother, John R. Hoffman III; a sister, Angela L. Greenwald; his grandparents, Bernice E. Hoffman and Roy E. and Mary L. Shearer, all of Mechanicsburg; and two uncles, four cousins, two nieces and a nephew. Memorial services will be held Monday at noon in Myers Funeral Home, 37 E. Main St., Mechanicsburg. Private burial will be held at the convenience of the family.Friends may call Monday from 10 a.m. to noon at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to the Needy Children Fund, care of Cumberland Valley High School, 6746 Carlisle Pike, Mechanicsburg, PA 17050.
