Description: This webite is the basic working platform of the Decentralization and Local Governance Network DLGN, a thematic learning network of Swiss Development Cooperation SDC. The network is formed of 60-100 development professionals working for SDC or its partner organisations in democratization, decentralization and local governance. The DLGN network members based in Africa, Latin America, Europe and Asia cooperate - via the share web - on learning projects and develop good practices, guidance and standards for SDC operations. The share web offers links and information on training opportunities, expertise and competences in the specific thematic field also to a wider public of interested professionnals.
