Robert Beall, creator of www.tccdinterface.com, has taken on a development position at the campus creating software to make college more comforting. The first project at hand was a new system known as SOAR. The SOAR project allows counselors to administer entrance exams to all new students with a click of a mouse. The continuations of these efforts have pushed for a new home page for all student computers. The custom home page allow for easy access to all information on a rapid pace. The quick comforts have allowed the pressure of enrolling and student activities to be more accessible to the savvy web 2.0 users as well as to those who may not know their way around the web.
