The mandate of the Council is to publish the Kenya Law Reports which contain the judicial opinions of the superior courts of record and which are the official law reports of the Republic of Kenya; to revise, consolidate and publish the official Laws of Kenya; to issue such other related publications and to undertake such other functions as may be conferred by law.
