My name is Katie Farrell and I have a passion for the Lord, my family, fitness, health and cooking! Over the years, my passion to be healthy (spirit, soul, and body) combined with my love for cooking has led me to take my favorite recipes and alter them to make them healthy, while still tasting as close to the original as possible! I firmly believe that ‘dieting’ is horrible and that it doesn’t last. And even if it does, it makes people miserable! And who wouldn’t want to ditch the diets forever and start eating the foods they love, while keeping you healthy, satisfied, and in shape? With Dashing Dish I hope to show you how easy it can be to make simple changes that will end the misconceptions about healthy eating, while teaching people how to make quick meals that are healthy for themselves and their families. I also share ideas and techniques from my personal experiences of getting in shape while still eating the foods I love!
