THE HALF LIFE OF MASON LAKE is the second feature film from Chicago-based Rusted Rhino Production Company. It tells the story of Sarah Rosen and Mason Lake, who meet at a Y2K party while both are in college. They form an instant bond which turns quickly to love. When Mason suffers a severe brain injury, life is turned inside out. He is left with a child's capacity, and his familt is left holding the broken pieces of their former happiness. Sarah, now more caretaker than wife, must become an adult.
