Judith Kemmer Hesselberth is a genealogist and fiber artist combining the interests of her grandmothers Mabel Mozingo Cooper Kemmer and Halcie Pearson Rothgeb. For the past 20 years she has pursued surnames such as King, Long, Wood, Mitchell, Knisely and Cooper from Pennsylvania through Ohio to Indiana. In the fiber arts she specializes in quilts that combine traditional and abstract elements.
