Sanford cochin is a small family farm specializing in breeding standard size cochin poultry. We currently raise Barred, Blue, Silver Laced, Gold Laced, and Lemon Blue full-size cochins. We also raise Barnevelder, Welsummer, Cuckoo Maran, Black Langshan, and Ameraucana. We offer hatching eggs year round and selected hatches of chicks periodically. Our small breeding groups ensure high fertility percentages in our hatching eggs. We do NOT allow the breeders to randomly breed and each breed/color is housed separately. All our breeders are full size with no bantams available. We do not breed frizzle cochins in any color. Newly added are Narragansett turkeys.
