Gaugler, MD and Samuel C. Kerns, MD. Our Hospital Affiliationsa are with Lake West and Lake East Hospitals UHHS Memorial Hospital of Geneva and Mentor Surgery Center. We have offices in Mentor, Willoughby, and Madison, Ohio.
