Lady Luck Tattoo was created by Kristi Kilbourne in 1998 to fill a void in the Spokane tattoo scene. Kristi was tired of the public stereotype spokane washing tattoo studios had of being dark, seedy places where unspeakable things happened. Kristi envisioned a studio that was bright, friendly and clean. A place where you wouldn''t be afraid to take your children. Lady Luck Tattoo is just such a place.
