ADIPS (Amusement Device Inspection Procedures Scheme) is the fairground and amusement park industrys self regulated safety inspection scheme which registers competent ride inspectors and the rides they inspect. The Amusement Device Safety Council draws its committee from Health and Safety Executive (HSE), Amusement Catering Equipment Society (ACES) Amusement and Leisure Equipment Suppliers( ALES), Association of Independent Showmen (AIS), British Amusement Catering Trade Association (BACTA), British Association of Leisure Parks, Piers and Attractions (BALPPA), National Association for Leisure Industry Certification (NAFLIC), Showmen's Guild of Great Britain (SGGB), Society of Independent Roundabout Proprietors (SIRPS).
