I've been taking pictures on and off for the last 30 years, mostly vacation snapshots, family and friends, that kind of stuff, for household use. In 2000 I started digital photography - for the same purpose.
In 2006 I became more serious about dealing with photography as more than a cookie jar for memories. I began to learn post-processing techniques and started to establish image management and processing workflows. In 2007 I began to experiment with HDR imaging - a fascinating technique which in my experience can result in fantastic results as easily as it can produce really bad images.
As with everything that has to do with perception and taste, judgement is quite subjective. With this in mind, please dive in and don't hold back with your opinion.
