SBMW and those who are a part recognize the need for covenant relationships, networking, fellowship, education and the sharing of resources. It is the desire of the visionary to promote interdependency while encouraging the maintenance of distinct, independent identities. It is never the desire of this fellowship to become a denomination but to create a network for edification, equipping, empowerment, and overall counsel and covering for evangelical ministers and their ministries, and also pastors and their churches. SBMW will exercise no ecclesiastical, governmental or administrative control over any of its members. SBMW provides wise counsel and oversight upon their request. Membership is open to men and women who are Pastors who head a creditable and functional independent ministry. SBMW will not discriminate against any race or ethnicity.
