Home -- Cy Winship Design I believe our homes should be full of life and energy. They should fill us with joy and be vibrant, colorful extensions of our souls, our dreams. I seek what is really beautiful, not just tasteful. Good design is tasteful, safe; terrific design is dangerous. As a designer on the HGTV show 'Decorating Cents', I've been able to indulge some crazy, even silly design motifs. From my first show to my last, I've embraced pop elements from the '60s and '70s, mixing them with original art and lighting to bring it into today. I hope that mad colors and wicked materials will inspire people to take risks and have fun in their own homes. I've appeared in several interviews and layouts online, in newspapers, and in magazines.
