CAPP - Clinician Assessment for Practice Program Homepage The Clinician Assessment for Practice Program (CAPP) is a program of the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Nova Scotia. It consists of a two-part assessment consisting of an Objective Structured Clinical Examination (OSCE) and therapeutics assessment. The objective of the assessment is to assess the competence of candidates' knowledge, skills and attitudes essential for medical licensure in Nova Scotia.
