CO-OCCURRING COLLABORATIVE SERVING MAINE: Bridging Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services The Co-Occurring Collaborative Serving Maine (CCSME) supports the development of integrated treatment for co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders (also known as dual diagnosis or dual disorders). The Collaborative offers training, technical assistance, consultation, conferences, on-line courses, and curriculum development.
