Children Are A Gift Foundation- Glory Babies and the Children's Park Glory babies, an infant loss support group was founded in Tyler, Texas, in January 2001. The Children's Park was created to honor the lives of all children. The Children Are A Gift Foundation was created as an umbrella corporation encompassing both Glory Babies and the Children's Park.
