Welcome The Flat Component Library (FCL) is a feature-rich component library for CodeGear/Borland RAD development environments (C++-Builder and Delphi).
The FCL contains basic and enhanced controls (like panels, buttons, views, fields, etc.) which can fully be customized and skinned.
