Reading Crossroads Home Page Reading CROSSROADS is a registered charity involved in Caring for
Carers. We provide trained carer support workers to give you - the carer a break from the caring role.
Our carer support workers will come to your home and relieve you of as many of the caring duties that
you - and the person being cared for - may wish. The length of break that you can have will be discussed

Elms Care Centre - Private Nursing and Residential Care Home - Saltash - Cornwall Tregertha Court is set in its own grounds overlooking the Looe river. We provide accommodation for 38 residents in 32 single rooms (11 en-suite) and 3 twin rooms (all en-suite) together with a range of communal areas, including two conservatories overlooking the Looe estuary. There is a private car park at the front of the building for residents and their relatives.
