La Rochefoucauld, Maxims When I think of locations associated with delicious foods that tantalize and pleasure the senses – you think of the romantic and aromatic meals from Italy, France and Thailand. Unfortunately haute cuisine is not on the list of wonderful things coming out of Denmark generally speaking. The low number of Danish restaurants located around the world probably makes that point quite clear. Even in Denmark itself, the traditional Danish fare is hard to come by and these days a host of chefs have blended the traditional heavy recipes into lighter and fresher fusion fare.
