Mississippi Redevelopment Alliance Mississippi Redevelopment Alliance LLC was formed in May 2006 for the purpose of Acquisition and Asset Management of a variety of properties along the I-10 corridor of Mississippi. Currently, MRA owns, and is in various stages of improving the condition and function of three historical buildings in downtown Gulfport and four parcels of unimproved land intended for either industrial, multi-family or commercial purposes.
