Parkinson's and Movement Disorders Center The Parkinson’s and Movement disorders center is limited to the care of patients with Parkinson’s disease, movement disorders, and neurodegenerative illnesses. We are happy to accept patients without a physician’s referral. Please let us know if you are interested in obtaining a neurological diagnostic opinion or are in need of management services. In addition to diagnostic consultations, we also perform botulinum toxin injections, deep brain stimulation programming and venticuloperitoneal shunt adjustments.
