Karelia ENPI CBC –ohjelma Karelia ENPI CBC –ohjelma (European Neighbourhood and Partnership Instrument, cross border cooperation) jatkaa vuosina 2007-2013 rajan ylittävää yhteistyötä, jota on aiemmin toteutettu Interreg II ja III A Karjala -ohjelmissa sekä Euregio Karelia naapuruusohjelmassa. Karelia ENPI tulee olemaan yksi kolmesta Suomen ja Venäjän rajalla toteutettavasta ohjelmasta. Sen ohjelma-alueeseen kuuluvat Kainuu, Pohjois-Karjala ja Pohjois-Pohjanmaa sekä Karjalan tasavalta.
