COE - Community of Evaluators, SouthAsiaEval, South, Asia, Eval, Community Community of Evaluators (COE) in South Asia has been constituted in October 2008 as part of a Project titled "Advancing Evaluation Theory and Practices in South Asia – Building a Community of Experts”. The Community presently has 24 members from South Asian Countries namely Bangladesh, India, Nepal and Sri Lanka.
